Mr. Heal
Mr. Heal experience comes from the banking sector and capital market. He has vast knowledge of corporate finance, mergers & acquisition and capital market investment banking.
Over the past 20 years he has develop methods for finance for lending institutions and private equity funds in Europe and USA. His capability to structure complex finance transactions has been seen through his work in the international markets.
In corporate finance Mr. Heal has been involved in ventures in the manufacturing, energy, technology and real estate industry. His finance engineering knowledge is highly respected by his peers in the industry and by CEOs of large corporations.
Mr. Hernandez
Mr. Hernandez has 35 years of distinguished experience in corporate finance, portfolio management, transaction & investment management, and private equity investment. Throughout his career, he has successfully orchestrated complex acquisitions and formulated strategic investment frameworks across the energy, manufacturing, and technology sectors. His expertise extends to cross-border transactions, with a proven track record of executing high-value deals across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. A seasoned leader, Mr. Hernandez is recognized for his ability to navigate high-stakes environments and consistently deliver superior financial performance and organizational growth.
Mr. Hernandez’s distinguished tenure is characterized by high-level leadership in portfolio, transaction, and investment management, as well as private equity investment, notably serving as an executive at Wellington Corporate Management and Conspec Associates. He has executed a landmark $1.0 billion energy sector investment and a $10 billion bank acquisition.
Mr. Hernandez is a member of GARP, Global Financiers & Bankers and Private Equity Association, HKVCA, Bankers Club.
Mr. Agosto
Mr. Agosto experience over the past 30 years has seen him excel in executive positions in Corporate Finance, Business Development & Administration, Risk Management and Portfolio Management. As Vice President of a finance service company, Mr Agosto was involved in numerous international and domestic transactions for commercial financing and investment in the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe.
He has managed bank’s collateral valuation division, including investment portfolios as well as held the position of restructuring consultant for Bank’s portfolio management division. Mr. Agosto has vast knowledge and experience in viability studies associated with financial and market analysis, portfolios’ analysis (Performing & Default). His experience further encompasses risk and compliance practices that involve the Federal Reserve Banks, FDIC, OCC and other federal regulatory agencies.
More recently Mr. Agosto has been managing investment and loan portfolios ranging from US$1.2 billion to US$2.3 billion. Previously he oversee a US$5.6 billion portfolio in the USA.
Mr. Agosto graduated with degrees in business administration, accounting, and is member of GARP.
